About us We own and operate senior living centers in the Southeast ( Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina). Our first facility started in 2021 and we have grown that portfolio to 7 facilities with a focus on leveraging Technology and Digital Marketing to meet our resident care needs. We provide support for the families of those in need of care, regardless of the situation. Our staff tailors their care to the individual needs or concerns of our patients and their next of kin. We are one of the 150 largest Senior Living Operators in the nation as of 2024. We are looking to hire talented folks who want to grow with us as part of this journey. Senior Administrator Highlands Senior Living manages facilities for Senior Living residents providing long-term care services.
Job Description:
The Administrator is responsible for the administration of the facility, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Administrator will work to ensure that the needs of residents are met in accordance with Forest City, NC's regulations and quality assurance policies/procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in administration and supervision preferred. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must be proficient in computerized data entry. Must be proficient in completing and submitting documentation (quarterly and annually) required by regulatory bodies such as OSHA, CMS, CMSD, etc. Must be proficient in using a computer to perform administrative functions including but not limited to; filing, scanning documents, copying materials.
