Job Description

Southeast Dental Partners provides continuous support to our partner practices to enable them to deliver the highest quality dental care to their patients. We provide our Partner and Associate Doctors with highly qualified and well-trained clinical teams, front office teams, off-site support staff, and all of the resources they need to maintain highly productive and patient-centered Dental Practices. Serving under the Director of Onboarding, our Administrative Trainers are a valuable part of the Practice Support and Training Team. They are available to travel to new and existing offices for support, office coverage, and/or front office training when needed. They are an integral part of our team members' development and our Practices' success and serve as a key members of our Practice Integration Team. This is a traveling position, requiring overnight travel up to 1-2 weeks a month Monday through Friday (does not include weekends), a travel stipend and hotel stay will be covered by the company. If you are unable to travel, you will unfortunately not be considered for this role Responsibilities include: Conduct training at assigned Practices for new and existing team members, as assigned by the Director of Onboarding. Serve as a member of the Practice Integration Team (New Practice traveling training team). Provide feedback to RDO regarding the current success of training programs, the progression of new employees, and day-to-day observations of the current state of the practices. Provide as needed coverage for Practice Managers and Patient Coordinators who are out of the office. Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor Other Training and/or Office tasks as assigned by the
Director of Onboarding Qualifications:
2 years of related dental experience (Required) Minimum of 1 year of Operational Dental Office Management experience (Required) 1 year of relevant training experience (Required) Experience with Open Dental is strongly preferred, but not required.
