Job Description

Our health system client has an immediate need for a deeply experienced Value-Based Care Program Director. The onsite expectation is 25-50%, and candidates must live in the following states for consideration: AL, FL, GA, KY, NC, SC, TN, VA, WV, SD, or UT. Initial duration is 6 months, with the potential to extend or convert to full-time employee.
Requirements:
Epic certification in one of the following applications: Healthy Planet, VBPM, Cogito/Caboodle, MyChart, or Cheers. At least seven years of experience as an Epic Program Manager in a VBC-related area. Refuel and/or implementation experience highly desired.
