Licensure & Experience:

$55•65/hr Bridge 2 Success Group Home is seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated CST Team Lead to join our growing team. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting individuals with mental health and behavioral health needs while guiding staff and ensuring quality client care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the CST team and daily operations Coordinate client services and treatment planning Ensure documentation compliance and service quality Provide support, guidance, and oversight to team members Collaborate with care coordinators, therapists, and community providers Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and staff Assist with crisis intervention and problem-solving when needed Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field Relevant licensure preferred (LCMHC, LCSW, LCAS, etc.) Experience working in behavioral health, mental health, or community support services Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Benefits Competitive rolling salary based on licensure and experience Supportive work environment Growth and leadership opportunities Meaningful work making a difference in the community
