At Nirvana Physical Therapy and Wellness LLC in Kannapolis, NC , that leadership could be yours. What You'll Do:
Office Management & Team Operations Help oversee the daily flow of the front office and keep operations running smoothly Support clinic organization, systems, and accountability across scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks Monitor front office processes and identify ways to improve efficiency, consistency, and patient experience Help train, guide, and support front desk systems and administrative workflows as the clinic grows Communicate proactively with providers and leadership to keep the clinic aligned and running effectively Assist in maintaining a professional, organized, welcoming office environment for both patients and staff New Patient Conversions & Scheduling Convert inquiries and referrals into scheduled evaluations so patients actually get started with care Respond quickly and warmly to incoming calls, texts, and online leads Build and maintain a strong, full schedule that supports plan-of-care completion Follow up with prospective patients and active patients to improve conversions, attendance, and retention Insurance & Financial Coordination Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations accurately and efficiently Explain coverage, deductibles, and copays clearly and confidently so patients feel informed Collect payments at check-in and check-out with professionalism and consistency Help ensure front office financial processes are handled accurately and responsibly Case Management & Data Accuracy Enter and update all patient information accurately in the EMR Maintain clean, organized, and complete electronic records Communicate with providers, referring offices, and patients to keep everything on track Help ensure documentation, patient records, and administrative workflows stay accurate and current Front Desk & Patient Experience Welcome and check in patients, creating a calm, organized front desk experience Monitor the schedule and communicate with the clinical team throughout the day Follow up with patients to reduce cancellations and keep them on track with care Support marketing efforts, including light social media and patient communication initiatives Help create an experience where patients feel seen, cared for, and confident recommending the clinic to others You're aGreat Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of front desk, patient care coordinator, office manager, or administrative experience in a healthcare setting such as PT, chiro, or similar Communicate with clarity, kindness, and confidence, especially over the phone and in person Understand scheduling, insurance verification, authorizations, collections, and patient flow Can balance patient-facing responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight Notice problems quickly and take initiative to solve them Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your composure Enjoy improving systems, supporting people, and helping a clinic grow Want a role that feels like part leadership, part operations, and part patient care experience What's In It forYou Pay:
$20 to $21 per hour, with room for growth as you develop in the roleSchedule:
