Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Treatment Consultant Location:
Southern Pines/Pinehurst, NC Employment Type:
Full-Time About Us We are a growing vein and aesthetic practice dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through advanced medical and aesthetic treatments. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences while providing life-changing services in a welcoming, professional environment. Position Overview We are seeking an energetic, personable, and highly motivated Aesthetic Patient Coordinator & Treatment Consultant to serve as the primary guide for patients exploring our aesthetic services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating patients, and helping people achieve their goals. The successful candidate will be confident discussing treatment options, pricing, financing, and package recommendations while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and valued. Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective and existing patients Conduct aesthetic consultations and discuss treatment options Educate patients on services including body contouring, pelvic health, skin rejuvenation, and wellness treatments Present treatment plans and pricing Recommend packages and memberships when appropriate Follow up with leads, consultations, and inactive patients Maintain accurate records of consultations and sales activity Assist with scheduling and patient coordination Support marketing events, open houses, and promotional campaigns Deliver an exceptional patient experience from initial inquiry through treatment completion Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or medical offices preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for commitment when appropriate Highly organized with strong follow-up skills Positive, professional, and self-motivated Experience with medical aesthetics, cosmetic procedures, skincare, fitness, or wellness is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Warm and engaging Confident but not pushy Passionate about helping others Goal-oriented and accountable Skilled at building trust and long-term relationships Compensation Competitive base pay Performance-based bonus opportunities Employee discounts on treatments and services Paid time off and additional benefits based on experience To Apply Please submit your resume along with a brief note explaining why you would be a great fit for this role and what excites you about working in aesthetics and patient care.
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
