Part Time, approximately 20-25 hours per week

Potential to grow into a full time position About Us Raleigh Pediatric Speech and Occupational Therapy is a growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to helping children develop communication, motor, and daily living skills. Our team works closely with families to provide high quality, compassionate care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail oriented Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with families and children while helping ensure our office runs smoothly. Responsibilities Greet families and assist with patient check in, scheduling, and general front office support Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to families and referral sources Assist with patient intake, onboarding, and documentation processes Verify insurance benefits and support administrative and billing related workflows Maintain organized records, schedules, and office systems Support clinicians and leadership with daily administrative tasks and office coordination Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for children and families Assist with managing make up visits, cancellations, and schedule changes as needed Support communication with pediatricians, schools, and community partners when applicable Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with families Ability to multitask and manage administrative details Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred but not required What We Offer Supportive team environment Flexible part time schedule Opportunity for professional growth Potential for transition into a full time role as the practice continues to grow If you are interested in joining our team, please send your resume to We look forward to connecting with you.
