Job Description

The Patient Care Coordinator promotes communication throughout the Practice, performs clerical & administrative duties, thrives on organization, and is meticulous with record keeping. Here are some of the job duties you will perform: Provide oversight of the waiting area, greet patients as they arrive, and get them ready for their appointment. Update patient records, obtain new/updated insurance information, prepares patient chart and notify clinical team of patient arrival . Keep the clinical team updated on the daily schedule and maintain efficient Practice flow. Answer incoming calls, take & relay messages, reschedule appointments as needed, answer general questions, and return missed calls. To be considered for this role, you need to have the following qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years clerical experience Prior dental or medical front office experience
