Patient Care Coordinator

Carolina Audiology Associates is growing, and we are excited to add a Part-Time Patient Care Coordinator to our team. This position will work Mondays-Thursdays in our Rocky Mount office from 1-5pm , scheduled for approximately 16 hours per week. As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Care Coordinator sets the tone for the office. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, flexible, and hard-working. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment, enjoy taking initiative, and find satisfaction in helping patients feel cared for and supported. We are looking for individuals who:

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and team members
• Are comfortable managing competing priorities, which may require the ability to multitask

• Greet patients and visitors to the practice warmly
• Answer phones promptly, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments
• Enter and update patient information, handle invoices, insurance verifications, and process payments
