Join Our Amazing Dental Team! We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a team environment, and wants to grow professionally within a supportive and positive office culture. Position Overview The ideal candidate will have prior dental office experience and a strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and front office operations. We are looking for a true team player who is flexible and willing to assist both at the front desk and in the clinical area as needed. Dental assisting experience is highly preferred, as this role may occasionally support the clinical team when necessary. Responsibilities Greet and check out patients with exceptional customer service Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit and follow up on insurance claims Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Collect patient payments and maintain accurate records Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Coordinate with providers and team members to ensure a smooth patient experience Assist with front office duties and administrative tasks Support the clinical team as a dental assistant when needed Qualifications Dental office experience required Dental insurance knowledge required Experience with insurance verification, claims, and billing Dental assisting experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the practice What We're Looking For We want someone who: Loves helping patients and creating a positive experience Takes initiative and is dependable Works well with others and contributes to a strong team culture Is adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats Has a passion for dentistry and patient care Wants a long-term career with opportunities for growth and development What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive and positive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement A team that values collaboration, respect, and excellence in patient care The chance to be part of an amazing dental office that truly cares about its patients and employees If you have dental office experience, insurance knowledge, and are looking for a place where you can learn, grow, and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
