Job Description
What We Offer Clinical leader responsible for on-site operations, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining clinical licensure with substantial direct patient care (80-90% clinical). The Program Manager (non-supervisory) will be responsible for optimal performance of a designated department or facility. They will foster physician and community relationships, customer satisfaction, and teamwork within the facility in addition to daily patient care duties. The program manager will serve as a model for best clinical practice and ensure adherence to best practices within their department or facility. The program manager will partner with the outpatient manager for optimal efficiencies for scheduling and meeting productivity standards. This position has 85-95% clinical responsibility. •Sports Physical Therapy experience preferred•
What We're Looking For Education :
Graduate of an accredited professional program resulting in licensure asPT, PTA, OT, OTA
, SLP or audiologist., required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.Experience :
Minimum of two years experience working as a licensed clinician/therapist in an Outpatient environment, preferred.Licensure/Certification:
