Chief Clinical Officer About Advanceable ABA Advanceable ABA is a growing, mission-driven ABA organization committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and assent-based ABA services to children and families. We believe excellent clinical outcomes start with excellent clinical leadership — and we are looking for a strong, thoughtful, and experienced Clinical Director to help guide our North Carolina team as we continue to grow. About the Role The Clinical Director of ABA Services will provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for Advanceable ABA's North Carolina clinical programs. This role is primarily leadership-focused, but the Clinical Director must be located in North Carolina and available for in-person support, team development, community relationship building, and occasional travel to clients, staff, referral partners, or future clinic locations. What You'll Do As Clinical Director, you will: Help set the clinical tone for the organization by providing guidance, oversight, and support across ABA service delivery Supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and other clinical team members Drive quality, compliance, and outcomes by monitoring clinical documentation, treatment integrity, client progress, supervision quality, and key clinical performance indicators Collaborate with families and stakeholders to promote strong, respectful relationships Help build and grow programs by supporting program growth, evaluating new clinical tools and initiatives, improving internal systems, and partnering with leadership on strategic planning What We're Looking For We are seeking a collaborative and confident leader with deep ABA experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for assent-based, family-centered care. The ideal candidate must:
Be located in North Carolina Be located in the Triad or Triangle area, strongly preferred Hold a Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Hold current BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing Have North Carolina licensure, or eligibility to obtain licensure, as required Have 5-7+ years of ABA experience Have at least 3 years of clinical leadership experience Have a strong background supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and clinical teams Be able to travel within North Carolina as needed Preferred Experience Experience in a multi-site or multi-state ABA organization Experience with home-based and/or clinic-based ABA programs Familiarity with clinical quality metrics, outcome tracking, and electronic practice management systems Existing relationships with North Carolina referral partners, providers, schools, or community organizations Benefits Advanceable ABA offers a competitive and supportive benefits package, including: Competitive salary Remote/hybrid leadership flexibility Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Company 401(k) match Paid time off Paid holidays Continuing education support Professional development opportunities Opportunities for leadership growth as the company expands Collaborative clinical leadership team Supportive, mission-driven company culture Meaningful work with a growing organization committed to ethical and compassionate care Why Join Us?
