  • Part-time, Full-time Blue Apple Chiropractic is seeking a high caliber, reliable, and detail oriented Clinic Operations & Front Desk Coordinator to take control of and be responsible for the administrative, procedural, and patient support functions in our Bismarck clinic.
This position is Part time with the future possibility of full time , Monday-Friday, with alternating Saturday mornings. If you are someone who shows up consistently, communicates professionally, and takes pride in running an office smoothly and efficiently, we want to hear from you. This is not an entry level or passive reception job. It requires intelligence, initiative, organization, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. About the Position You will be responsible for the full operation of the front office , ensuring that all administrative and clinical support tasks are completed accurately, on time, and to high standards. You are the first and last impression of the patient experience. Your professionalism and reliability directly impact the quality of care we provide. What We Require 1. Reliability Above All Else You must show up on time, every day , and be dependable without exception. Strong attendance history and accountability are essential. This is paramount to the job. 2. Professionalism & Communication You communicate clearly, respectfully, and confidently with patients. You can discuss fees, charges, care plans, and financial policies comfortably. 3. Intelligence & Initiative Able to learn new systems quickly (EHR, billing software, scheduling platforms). Able to follow procedures exactly and help refine them as needed. 4. High Standards & Work Ethic You take pride in keeping the office organized, clean, and running efficiently. You work with urgency, accuracy, and self direction. 5. Mobility & Physical Capability This role requires regular walking, standing, and moving between rooms and is not a sedentary position Must be comfortable being physically active throughout the entire shift while interacting with patients Role includes guiding patients between areas of the clinic Primary Responsibilities Office Management & Administrative Duties Oversee all front-desk operations and daily office procedures Insurance verification, billing support, and patient collections Discuss fees, handle payments, and maintain accurate financial records Ordering supplies, inventory management, and itemizing stock Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the clinic (cleaning included) Scan, file, fax, and manage digital records Maintain and follow office policies Handle scheduling, phone calls, follow-ups, and patient flow Patient Interaction Greet patients with professionalism and friendliness Manage check-ins, checkouts, and appointment coordination Provide clear explanations of office processes and financial policies Schedule patients accordingly for their visits Clinical Support (after CA certification) Assist with therapies such as e-stim, pressure wave, and vibration percussors Support the doctor with patient flow and procedures Help ensure patients have a smooth, enjoyable and efficient experience Hours Hours of Operation Monday 8:45am

  • 1:00pm Part time with the potential in the future of Full Time (Approx. 20 hrs/week) Monday-Friday Alternating Saturdays Must be available for the full schedule Compensation & Benefits $15
