Dakota Reliance Home Care, LLC Now Hiring:
Executive Director & HCBS/DD Program Administrator Position Summary Dakota Reliance Home Care LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Director & HCBS/DD Program Administrator to lead and oversee Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)- Residential and Community Supports, and QSP home care services. Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs, This leadership role is responsible for agency operations, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, financial management, staff supervision, and client service delivery. The Administrator will ensure compliance with federal, state, Medicaid, licensing, and agency requirements while promoting high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities Oversee DD Services, HCBS Services:
Residential Habilitation, Community Supports and QSP programs. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate personal care, supervision, respite, homemaker, companion, and residential support services. Recruit, supervise, train, and evaluate staff. Manage agency operations, scheduling, EVV compliance, and service documentation. Monitor client assessments, care plans, quality outcomes, and incident reporting. Collaborate with case managers, healthcare providers, guardians, families, and community partners. Develop strategies for agency growth. Serve as the primary liaison between the agency, clients, families, and government agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Human Services, Social Work, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field. Extensive experience with QSP agencies, HCBS programs, Residential and Community Supports, and DD services. Strong knowledge of Medicaid-funded services, person-centered planning, state and federal regulations, licensing, and quality assurance standards. Proven leadership experience in program administration, staff supervision, budgeting, and operations. Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Ability to effectively collaborate with individuals with disabilities, families, guardians, healthcare professionals, case managers, and community organizations. Pay:
$55,281.99 - $66,576.16 per year People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
