In this pivotal role, you will supervise staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. Duties Supervise daily restaurant or hospitality operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards Lead, train, and develop staff in food preparation, customer service, POS systems (such as Aloha POS, and food safety protocols Oversee inventory control, food handling procedures, optimize food quality and minimize waste Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and morale Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all areas of operation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and balancing cash registers at shift end Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new team members Requirements Proven supervising or management experience within casual dining restaurant. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and sales tracking. Experience in inventory control, food management, within a hospitality setting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professional.
