We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours. Job Summary and Responsibilities As the Clinic Administrator for our Cardiac/Thoracic/Vascular Surgery Clinics, you are responsible for managing medical clinics in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards. Anticipate and plan for future changes. Make recommendations to improve customer service as appropriate. Every day you will support safe patient care through multidisciplinary processes and coordinating unit activities. You will efficiently manage information flow and assist healthcare team members in delivering care across all patient age groups. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, a proactive approach to managing day-to-day operations, and a commitment to providing safe, therapeutic care while working effectively with the entire healthcare team. Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations. Coordinate clinic operations and activities to ensure proficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Responsible for employee performance management by completing performance appraisals and setting individual goals as outlined in policies and procedures. Effectively lead and develop a team of employees including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations, etc. Prepare, recommend, and monitor clinic budget, goals, and objectives taking into consideration input from clinic staff. Participate in the planning and development of policies and procedures, as well as clinic-specific procedures and programs. Job Requirements Required Bachelors Degree and three(3) years leadership experience Preferred Five(5) to seven(7) years' experience Master's Degree
