Lead Clinical Office Coordinator Join Our Team and Make an Impact in Patient Care We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lead Clinical Office Coordinator to support our physicians and ensure the smooth daily operations of our medical office. In this leadership role, you'll serve as a key connection between clinical and administrative teams—helping deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Overview Reporting to the Practice Manager and working closely with our physicians, the Lead Clinical Office Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating office operations, supporting clinical workflows, and guiding administrative and clinical staff. Key Responsibilities Support physicians with daily clinical and administrative workflow Coordinate and oversee front office and clinical support staff Ensure efficient patient scheduling, intake, and communication processes Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone Assist in resolving office conflicts and fostering a positive team environment Help maintain compliance with healthcare policies and procedures Qualifications Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Completion of a Medical Assistant program is a plus Experience At least 1 year of experience in a medical office, healthcare administration, or administrative assistant role required Experience as a Medical Assistant in a physician's office strongly preferred Licensure/Certification State certification preferred but not required Skills & Competencies Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and general computer applications Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (phone and in-person) Strong customer service mindset with a patient-first approach Ability to professionally manage and resolve workplace conflict Why Join Us?
