Clinical Supervisor Springpoint Mental Health - Hampton, NH Overview Springpoint Mental Health is launching a new behavioral health program in Hampton, NH, and we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to play a key leadership role in building and guiding our clinical team. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee daily clinical operations, support staff development, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care. About Springpoint Mental Health Springpoint Mental Health provides compassionate, structured outpatient care for individuals navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming environment where clients can begin their path toward lasting wellness, supported by a team of experienced professionals. We offer individualized treatment designed to meet each person's unique needs, with a strong focus on whole-person care. Through programs such as Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient, we deliver structured, evidence-based treatment while allowing clients to remain connected to their daily lives. Our approach emphasizes flexibility, clinical excellence, and meaningful connection, helping individuals build the skills and stability needed for long-term recovery. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Provide direct supervision to therapists, case managers, and group facilitators Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture Partner closely with the Clinical Director on program development and operations Participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations Clinical Oversight & Direct Care Provide direct clinical services including individual and group therapy Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Ensure delivery of evidence-based, high-quality care across all services Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards, including Joint Commission Conduct chart reviews and quality audits Ensure proper documentation, treatment planning, and clinical standards Maintain adherence to confidentiality, ethics, and patient rights regulations Administrative & Operational Duties Oversee staff scheduling, timecards, and PTO approvals Support HR-related matters within the clinical team Participate in leadership meetings and program planning Implement and monitor performance improvement initiatives Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, or related field Active, unrestricted clinical license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting Experience in mental health and/or substance use treatment preferred Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards and regulatory requirements Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, and QA processes Understanding of confidentiality laws, ethics, and patient rights Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience and Licensure What We Offer Opportunity to help build and shape a new behavioral health program Leadership role with strong growth potential Collaborative and mission-driven team environment Full-time, exempt position Work Environment Primarily onsite in a professional clinical setting Work involves collaboration with clinical and administrative teams Moderate to high level of responsibility and decision-making Apply Today If you are a motivated clinical leader looking to build something meaningful and make a lasting impact, we encourage you to apply.
