Compass of Hope is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical oversight and support to pre-licensed and intern therapists. This role is responsible forensuring clinical excellence, ethical compliance, and alignment with organizational standards. The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining quality of care by reviewing documentation, providing guidance, and supporting clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include triadic supervision for interns and individual supervision for conditionally licensed therapists, timely review and sign-off of clinical documentation, and escalation of high-risk or complex cases to leadership when appropriate. This role also requires participation in team and supervisor meetings, maintaining consistent communication with leadership, and contributing to staff development through trainings. The position is primarily flexible and remote, with preferred in-office attendance for scheduled team meetings 2x monthly.
