Compass of Hope is seeking a strong, independent and highly skilled/ethical licensed clinician to join our team of leaders and help our emerging clinicians grow and develop to be the best providers they can. As a licensed therapist, you will provide supervision and support to pre-licensed and intern staff while also managing your own caseload to stay current. Caseload expectations are based on how many supervisees a clinical supervisor has to encourage balance and reduce burnout. You will be one of the direct site supervisors of the office, ensuring administrative and clinical excellence. There are additional opportunities for growth within this role.
