Are you a collaborative clinical leader whos passionate about shaping a positive, growth-oriented culture? Do you enjoy mentoring clinicians, strengthening systems, and staying connected to meaningful client work? If so, Compass of Hope is seeking a dedicated, ethical, and clinically strong Director of Clinical Services to lead and support our team of talented providers. In this role, you will guide the clinical direction of the organization while fostering the professional growth of supervisors and clinicians. Youll facilitate weekly meetings with clinical supervisors, licensed providers, and conditionally licensed clinicians, ensuring alignment, quality care, and strong communication across the team. This position plays a key role in developing leaders, improving clinical workflows, and supporting provider sustainabilityultimately driving a healthy work-life balance, strong utilization, and high-quality care across the organization. You will also lead a weekly open supervision/case consultation group to support collaboration and clinical excellence. To stay grounded in the work and connected to the provider experience, the Director will maintain a small caseload of approximately 5 clients per week. Additional responsibilities include providing clinical supervision to interns and pre-licensed clinicians (including documentation review and sign-off), upholding documentation standards agency-wide, participating in hiring/interview processes, and providing limited on-call support to providers (not clients), averaging minimal call volume. This is an opportunity to meaningfully influence both people and systems while maintaining a connection to clinical practice.
