Job Description:
Overview A leading healthcare provider in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Epic Manager to oversee a team of certified analysts supporting critical cardiac and imaging applications. This role is primarily focused onteam leadership, operational oversight, and delivery management across the Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens modules . This is a high-impact opportunity for a strong Epic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of 12 certified Epic analysts supporting Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens Oversee day-to-day team operations, including workload prioritization and task distribution Drive execution across upgrades, optimizations, and ongoing application support initiatives Monitor team performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of work Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to align on priorities and drive outcomes Provide leadership and guidance across cardiac and imaging application strategy Qualifications/Must-Have requirements Epic certification in at least one of the following: Cupid, Radiant, or Lumens Strong functional experience with Radiant and Cupid (Lumens experience is a plus) Proven experience managing Epic application teams within a healthcare environment Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and accountability Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders
