What You'll Be Doing (Realistically) Walking into hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices and building relationships from scratch Following up consistently until you become a trusted, familiar resource Educating partners on how home care supports safe discharges and better outcomes Turning referrals into real families getting the help they need Managing your territory like it's your own business Attending networking events, community programs, and industry meetings Collaborating with intake and operations to ensure a smooth handoff from referral to care This role is ideal for someone who: Has experience in home care, hospice, home health, senior living, or healthcare sales Is confident walking into a new office and starting a conversation Understands that relationships—not just brochures—drive referrals Is persistent, organized, and doesn't give up after the first "not now" Takes pride in being the person people remember and call back Wants both meaningful work AND strong income potential
