Lead Clinician - Detox Program

Bold Steps Behavioral Health is hiring a Lead Clinician for our Detox Program in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. We are seeking a motivated and experienced clinician to help lead the clinical department within our detox program. This role will work closely with leadership and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care, strong clinical programming, and timely documentation. This is a leadership position within the clinical department, but is not the Clinical Director role.

Primary Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations of the clinical department Provide leadership, guidance, and support to clinical staff Facilitate individual counseling sessions and group therapy Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation Assist with treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning Maintain compliance with state regulations and company standards Collaborate with nursing, medical, and operations teams to ensure quality patient care Help maintain programming structure and clinical accountability Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision as needed

Requirements:

Experience working in substance abuse and/or behavioral health treatment required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with clinical documentation and treatment planning Ability to work in a fast-paced treatment environment Experience with

KIPU EMR
