Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Oral Surgery Regional Manager to lead our regional team with passion and precision. This vital role involves overseeing the operational excellence of multiple dental practices specializing in oral surgery, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, managing financial performance, and fostering a culture of exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive medical office management experience, and a proactive approach to practice growth and team development. Duties Lead and supervise multiple oral surgery practices, ensuring smooth daily operations across all locations. Manage financial aspects including budgeting, fiscal management, and financial reporting to optimize profitability. Oversee medical office functions such as patient records management, EMR/EHR systems (including Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks), and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Supervise staff including clinical teams, administrative personnel, and human resources functions to promote a motivated and compliant workforce. Ensure adherence to healthcare standards such as JCAHO accreditation, OSHA regulations, and infection control protocols. Develop strategic plans for practice growth, patient satisfaction improvement, and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with clinical leaders to maintain high-quality patient care in acute care settings and manage complex cases effectively. Requirements Proven experience in medical office management within dental or healthcare environments; experience in oral surgery or specialty clinics is highly preferred. Strong supervisory background with demonstrated success in managing teams across multiple locations. Expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial analysis within a healthcare setting. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, Epic, eClinicalWorks; familiarity with medical records management standards. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations including Traveling to multiple locations is a must Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee clinic operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient care. Ability to foster a positive team environment through leadership in human resources practices and staff development initiatives. Pay:
$55,080.43 - $66,000.00 per year
