The Vice President of Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of all clinical programs and services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. This position works closely with the President & CEO, executive leadership, Clinical Directors, and community partners to advance organizational goals, support program growth, and promote positive outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Provide executive oversight of all clinical programs and services. Supervise and support Clinical Directors and program leadership staff. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, licensing, accreditation, and funding requirements. Manage and monitor clinical quality improvement initiatives across organization. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic goals and service delivery priorities. Monitor program performance, outcomes, and regulatory compliance measures. Support program development and expansion efforts to meet community needs. Foster a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Build and maintain relationships with community partners, funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and operational decision-making related to clinical services. Represent the organization at external meetings, community events, and professional forums. Prepare reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for executive leadership and the Board of Trustees. Support clinical grant development, reporting, and initiatives that strengthen service delivery. Serve as a member of the Executive leadership team. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work. Current New Jersey LCSW license required. Current LCADC or CCS credential required. Clinical Certificate in Supervision required. Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services. Minimum five years of progressive clinical supervision and program management experience. Strong knowledge of New Jersey behavioral health regulations and community-based service delivery required. Experience with CARF accreditation standards and survey readiness preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive organizational performance. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general health and social services guidelines, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, health correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions

: Work tasks can be straightforward, routine, structured or complex, non-routine, non-structured and guided by established policies and procedures.
