A Manager, Regional Quality, TOC quality network leader will be assigned a region and be responsible for the performance for the teams at each location. The regional leader will partner with site leaders to ensure new team members on the respective units are educated and trained on all program initiatives. This position requires understanding specific metrics and leading the teams by providing education and resources needed for optimal performance. The leader will also perform clinical functions at the bedside for their patient population to support the teams. The leader will maintain an effective communication process to keep everyone informed and provide regional updates to the corporate team. This position will be based in the Northern Region. It will cover Hackensack University Medical Center and Palisades Medical Center.
