• Full-time Dental Patient Care Coordinator Experienced Dental Front Office Professional Are you an experienced dental front office professional who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment?

Dental Care 4 Kids is seeking an exceptional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and serve as a key member of our front office. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a confident, organized professional with dental front desk experience who can manage patient flow, scheduling, insurance coordination, and financial conversations while delivering an outstanding patient experience. Responsibilities Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency Manage and optimize a busy appointment schedule Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Coordinate communication between patients, parents, doctors, and clinical team members Confirm appointments and manage recall systems Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Calculate copays and collect payments Verify insurance benefits and assist patients with insurance-related questions Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient and family Schedule Opening shift: 7:30 AM

• 4:30 PM Closing shift: 10:00 AM
• 7:00

PM Alternating Saturdays:

8:00 AM
