Patient Care Coordinator — Top 1% Invisalign Practice | $22$25/hr + Full Benefits

Love helping people feel confident about their smile? We're looking for someone to run the Invisalign side of one of the top practices in the country. Promenade Dental Care is a Blue Diamond Invisalign provider — that's the top 1% nationally. We need a dedicated coordinator to own it: convert leads into patients, manage active cases from start to finish, and help share the results on social media along the way. This is a closer role and an operations role in one. You're the person someone talks to when they're considering Invisalign — you help them understand their options, walk them through financing, and feel confident about moving forward. Once they start treatment, you're their guide through the whole process: scheduling, follow-ups, answering questions, and coordinating with the clinical team to make sure everything stays on track. No dental experience required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about Invisalign. What we can't teach is the ability to connect with people, close with confidence, and keep dozens of moving pieces organized at the same time.

Following up with leads from our marketing campaigns, answering questions, and helping people decide to move forward with treatment Presenting financing options and promotions with confidence and enthusiasm Managing a full caseload of active Invisalign patients — scheduling, lab orders, follow-ups, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks Keeping patients informed about where they are in treatment and what comes next Coordinating with Dr. Furman and the clinical team on treatment decisions and appointments Converting completed Invisalign patients into long-term general dentistry patients Posting before-and-after content and capturing patient testimonials when the opportunity is there — a bonus skill, not the core of the job What we're looking for: A natural communicator who's warm, confident, and persuasive without being pushy Highly organized — you'll manage many patients at different stages simultaneously and none of them can slip through the cracks Comfortable talking about money — you can walk someone through pricing and financing without hesitation Genuinely enthusiastic about helping people improve their smiles — patients can tell the difference Tech-comfortable — you'll work in our CRM, scheduling software, and social media tools daily Backgrounds that translate well: You don't need to come from dentistry. Some of the best people for this role come from: Med spa or aesthetics coordination Sales or customer success in any industry Event or wedding planning Real estate or mortgage coordination Fitness or wellness membership sales Hospitality with a booking or upselling focus Dental experience with a strong sales orientation works too — but it's not the default profile we're hiring for.
