Social Work Full Job Description Description:
The Clinical Director is responsible for agency and regulatory compliance of all CSS Programs, including the areas of CSS clinical services, day-to-day operations, and CSS administration. The individual in this position supervises the Director of Nursing, Program Director, and Asst. Dir. of Clinical Services. This position oversees all aspects of IRP Development and ensures consumers receive services as prescribed. The Clinical Director is a key member of the QA Committee and chairs the UR Team meetings.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for CSS program compliance and adherence to quality standards Ensures program compliance with all agency, licensing, and funding requirements Ensures clinical service coordination and assessment of admitted and assigned individuals Ensures timely admission of assigned individuals Partners with the DON to ensure timely completion of all clinical documentation Partners with Clinical Dept. members and CSS staff to develop IRPs Ensures agency billing requirements and goals are met Works with QA Dept. to ensure successful achievement of clinical and organizational objectives Conducts and documents supervision meetings in accordance with agency, funding, and licensing requirements. Participates in the training, orientation, and professional development of CSS Program staff Completes all required CSS and agency documentation in a timely manner Serves as a key member of the QA Committee and chairs the UR Team meetings Provides on-call support for staff 24 hours a day in rotation with other CSS Leadership staff Provides input to CIOO relevant to organizational growth, operational needs, and executive level matters All other duties as assigned or necessary
Qualifications:
A Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, Counseling, or other related behavioral health/counseling program is required. A minimum of two years previous experience in an adult residential mental health setting is required. An active clinical license, such as a LCSW, is required. This individual is required to have excellent skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe, experience working with an EHR, and strong verbal and written communication skills. A valid NJ Driver's License is required.
