ABOUT THE ROLE
As one of the most important points of contacts in our clinics, you will: Provide exceptional customer service to all patients Manage scheduling, phone calls, and daily communication Serve as the liaison between our Physical Therapists and patients Maintain important tracking documents, verify patient's physical therapy benefits, and provide transparent billing details to our patients Ensure smooth clinic flow and an overall positive patient experience ⭐
REQUIREMENTS 1 YEAR
of medical office experience Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset ⭐
