Required:

Master's degree in a behavioral health field Active NJ license in good standing Experience in substance use disorder treatment Supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of NJAC 10:161B, ASAM, and co-occurring treatment Responsibilities Provide weekly clinical supervision to counseling staff Review and approve assessments, treatment plans, and documentation Lead case conferences and clinical meetings Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support staff development, training, and performance improvement Oversee intakes and client assignments Maintain a limited caseload (as needed) Ensure compliance with EHR, NJSAMS, and documentation timelines Collaborate with administration and external partners (Drug Court, IDRC, etc.) Support program readiness for audits and inspections
