Clinical Director Job Description:
Empirian Therapy is a growing ABA agency focused on providing quality therapy that leaves long-lasting results. We are boutique in the way we operate—every employee and client is part of our family. We explore new ideas shared by every team member to ensure that Empirian Therapy is providing the top-level experience-for both our clients and employees. We are seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Clinical Director to lead and oversee our BCBAs and Therapists. This role is for someone who thrives on helping others learn and grow. The Clinical Director will be someone who understands how to organize, lead and rally a team together so that all are clear about the work assigned and produce quality work. The Clinical Director will also be responsible to help ensure that all members on the team feel valued and appreciated. The Clinical Director reports to the Director of Clinical Operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee assessments, plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
  • Collaborate with our R&D Department to develop and conduct clinical staff trainings
  • Collaborate with other BCBAs and leadership team
  • Meet with other BCBAs and therapists to review client cases
  • Remain current on new research and developments in behavior analysis and share knowledge with team members
  • Work and Interface with clients
Qualifications/ Skills:
  • Experience developing, writing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral programs
  • Dedicated team leader and team player
  • Ownership mentality—takes responsibility for outcomes; makes decisions to lead to desired outcomes
  • Creative, innovative and ability to problem solve
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience training staff in behavioral principles and procedure

120-150k
