Job Description

At Sage Alliance Schools, we support students in grades 5-12 through rigorous academics paired with therapeutic services. Guided by care, resilience, and community, we prepare students to thrive inside and outside the classroom. Join our team and empower students to succeed. As a Clinical Director at Sage Alliance, you will lead with purpose to shape a therapeutic learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. You will guide clinical teams while partnering closely with educators to ensure each student's social, emotional, and academic needs are met. In this role, you will set the tone for a collaborative, compassionate culture. You will blend clinical expertise with strong leadership to support both staff development and student success. Your work will directly influence how therapeutic services integrate into the daily school experience.
