They have a current opening for a Home Health Branch Director for their Moorestown, NJ location. Medicare Home Health leadership experience as a Physical Therapist or Registered Nurse is required. This person will manage day-to-day branch operations. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Branch Director Requirements Physical Therapist (PT) strongly preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) considered Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive home health experience Prior leadership experience managing a home health branch with a census of 200+ or multiple locations. Proven success in growing census and improving quality metrics Branch Director Job Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the home health branch Manage and mentor interdisciplinary teams, fostering a positive, high-performing culture Partner with business development to drive census growth and expand market presence Ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and continued improvement in quality outcomes, including Star Ratings The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
