2803139243-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Overview The Seeing Eye is seeking a Lead Hospitality Specialist to support daily dining services, housekeeping operations, and guest services within our residential campus. This role combines hands-on hospitality, facilities support, food service, and team leadership, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students. Key Responsibilities Dining Services / Food Service
  • Set up dining rooms, beverage stations, and food service areas
  • Provide table service, customer service, and guest support
  • Serve coffee, beverages, and refreshments
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
  • Assist with catering, events, bartending support, food running, and setup/breakdown
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Housekeeping / Janitorial Services
  • Clean and sanitize dorm rooms, bathrooms, common areas, lounges, and offices
  • Perform linen services (laundry, folding, restocking towels and bedding)
  • Complete waste removal and recycling
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and janitorial tools
  • Ensure compliance with cleaning standards, safety protocols, and infection control practices Leadership & Inventory Management
  • Oversee housekeeping inventory (ordering, stocking, tracking supplies)
  • Conduct room inspections, quality control audits, and cleanliness checks
  • Assign daily tasks and support team coordination and workflow management
  • Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to hospitality staff
  • Support management with staff coverage and operational planning General Support
  • Monitor and report maintenance or safety issues
  • Assist with deliveries and supply organization
  • Support special projects and cross-functional operations Qualifications Required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Availability for weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Comfortable working around large dogs and animals
  • Reliable and dependable; designated as an essential employee Preferred Experience
  • Hospitality, hotel, food service, restaurant, housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities experience
  • Customer service or dining services experience
