Job Description AZZ Medical Associates is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Care Coordinator to support patient care and improve communication for our diverse patient population in Neptune, NJ. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate patient appointments and follow-ups Communicate care plans and instructions to patients Assist with patient documentation and medical records Serve as a liaison between patients and providers Support Spanish-speaking patients with clear communication Ensure timely coordination of care services

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and English (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Healthcare or medical office experience preferred Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
