Job Overview:

RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Administrative Director Patient Care Nursing Administration for Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master's preferred Current New Jersey RN Licensure BLS required. (American Heart Association) Progressive leadership is required

Scheduling Requirements :

Full Time 40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

The Administrative Director will oversee the clinical, operational, and strategic performance of the department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and patient/family-centered care, Administrative Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ New Brunswick Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care This individual is responsible to have 24/7 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
