Insurance Coordinator (Temporary April 2026)

Our state-of-the-art dental office is looking for a Temporary Dental Insurance Coordinator, who is organized, social, and that has dental experience. Responsibilities Check insurance eligibility Post insurance payments Handle outstanding unpaid claims and appeals. Managing billing and AR Handle customer communication Scheduling Patient appointments Present Treatment Plans on select days. Skills and Qualifications Strong communication skills as well as ability to communicate effectively with patients Expert knowledge of safety regulations and compliance including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and HIPPA Excellent computer skills for email correspondence, financial transactions, follow ups and scheduling of appointments Efficient multi-tasking and organizational skills Maturity, tact, integrity and respect for patient confidentiality Experience with Open Dental is a plus. Temporary from 03/31/2026 to 04/30/2026 with possibility of becoming a full time position.

Hours:

Mondays:

8h30 am to 5 pm

Tuesdays:

8h30 am to 6 pm

Wednesdays:

8h30 am to 6 pm

Thursdays:

7h30 am to 5 pm

Fridays:
