Job Description

About the Firm We're a claimant-focused legal team handling mass tort and personal injury matters. Position Overview Claim Coordinators serve as an important point of contact for existing claimants, making them a critical part of the claimant's experience and assisting in moving their legal claim forward. They are responsible for confirming & verifying all claim information, obtaining additional information relevant to their claim, and handling any additional questions via phone, web, email & live chat — exhibiting professionalism, empathy, and a sense of urgency. What You'll Do Client Engagement — deliver best-in-class service so clients feel heard and supported. Data & Information Accuracy — confirm & verify all claim details while collecting additional claim-related information with precision. Service Excellence — approach every interaction with attention to detail and a sense of urgency. Process Guidance — clearly explain next steps and transition clients to the Claim Investigators team (paralegals and attorneys). What You Bring Proven customer-service experience with existing clients. Professional telephone etiquette — clear, courteous, informative. Strong active-listening and verbal/interpersonal communication. Excellent written communication (grammar, spelling, punctuation). Strong organizational, time-management and prioritization skills. Comfortable multitasking across multiple inquiries. Works well independently and within a team (attorneys, paralegals, admin staff). Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Emotional intelligence:
self-awareness, empathy, social skills. Preferred (a plus): law firm / legal experience, insurance or healthcare/medical admin experience, CRM (Salesforce) / VoIP / e-signature familiarity, college degree, bilingual .
