This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys working in a clinic environment, collaborating with a team of clinicians, and providing support and leadership to Behavior Technicians while maintaining a clinical caseload. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and reassessments Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical support to Behavior Technicians Serve as a clinical leader within the clinic and help foster a positive, professional work environment Assist with onboarding, training, and developing Behavior Technicians Monitor client progress and make treatment recommendations as needed Complete documentation and insurance-required reports in a timely manner Collaborate with families, Behavior Technicians, and other members of the clinical team Maintain compliance with company, state, and insurance requirements Qualifications Active BCBA certification Active New Jersey LBA Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience supervising and mentoring Behavior Technicians Ability to effectively manage a clinical caseload while supporting team members Ability to work collaboratively in a clinic setting Clinic-based ABA experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive salary PTO and paid holidays Administrative support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment About Connect ABA + Therapy Connect ABA + Therapy provides ABA services to children with autism throughout New Jersey.
