In this vital per diem role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional luxury-level customer service while managing administrative tasks seamlessly. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will create a warm, high-end environment where every patient feels valued and excited from the moment they walk through our doors. This position offers a flexible opportunity to be part of a growing team dedicated to transformative aesthetic and wellness experiences. Duties Greet patients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and smooth check-in process Manage patient appointments using EMR/scheduling systems, coordinating scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and text with professional etiquette, providing accurate information and converting leads into booked appointments Process payments and drive retail product sales at checkout Educate patients on services, packages, and membership options to enhance their experience Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Support clinic operations by managing office supplies, keeping the front desk and waiting area spotless, and performing general clerical tasks with high accuracy Qualifications 1+ year experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery office, or high-end hospitality/retail setting preferred Familiarity with EMR/scheduling software (Boulevard, Zenoti, Jane App, Mindbody, or similar) is a strong plus Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and patient management systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle multi-line phones and communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via text/email Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly desirable to serve our diverse Bergen County patient population Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards Join Us Become part of a vibrant, growing aesthetic practice where your role directly contributes to outstanding patient experiences and practice success! Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you comfortable and interested in selling retail products and treatment packages to patients?
