REQUIRED
LCSW, LPC, LMFT Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of clinical programming and services. Provide clinical leadership, direction, consultation, and assistance to clinical staff and treatment team members. Perform intake evaluations, assessments, and direct clinical services as needed based on program needs and professional credentials. Provide clinical supervision to staff when appropriately licensed, credentialed, and assigned. Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, service delivery, and recordkeeping practices to ensure quality, compliance, and continuity of care. Oversee quality improvement and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities related to clinical services and documentation. Maintain communication with referral sources, managed care organizations, community partners, and external stakeholders. Participate in treatment team meetings, case reviews, utilization management activities, and interdisciplinary planning processes. Assist with staff development, orientation, training, coaching, and ongoing clinical support. Promote compliance with applicable licensing regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and professional practice standards. Demonstrate skill and support staff competence in areas including HIPAA, patient rights, abuse reporting, universal precautions, medication management, CPR, fire safety, age-related competencies, and workplace conduct standards. Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality with regard to all company information. Completion of all required trainings as designated by the company and accreditation/licensing entities. Other duties as assigned.
