The practice is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients. We specialize in managing vascular diseases, musculoskeletal pain, and diabetes, with a focus on providing comprehensive and compassionate care. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative treatments to help our patients achieve optimal health. We are seeking a professional, organized, and patient-focused Event Coordinator & Patient Relations Specialist to join our growing multi-specialty medical practice specializing in vein treatments and sleep studies. This role is responsible for coordinating community events, supporting patient engagement initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from initial contact through follow-up care. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, customer service driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Essential Responsibilities Event Coordination Coordinate and attend community outreach events, health fairs, wellness expos, and marketing events Assist with event planning logistics, scheduling, setup, and breakdown Represent the practice professionally at all events and community functions Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional items, and marketing collateral Track event attendance, leads, and patient engagement metrics Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams regarding upcoming events and initiatives Patient Relations Serve as a point of contact for patients regarding scheduling, questions, and overall patient satisfaction Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and referring providers Assist patients with appointment coordination and follow-up communication Address patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Ensure a welcoming and compassionate patient experience at all times Support patient retention and satisfaction initiatives Administrative Support Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to events and patient interactions Assist with outreach calls, confirmations, and patient communications Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations Support additional operational and administrative projects as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare, patient relations, event coordination, or customer service preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and presentation Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems Bilingual preferred but not required Preferred Experience Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting Familiarity with vein care, vascular services, sleep studies, or specialty practices Experience with community outreach and event marketing Physical Requirements Ability to travel locally to events and office locations Ability to lift and carry event materials up to 25 pounds Ability to stand for extended periods during events Schedule Full-time Flexibility required based on event schedule Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Growth opportunities Supportive team environment
