Job Description

Patient Care Coordinator Minvasive Health Paramus, NJ Job Details Full-time | Contract $24 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Phone reception Practice management software Patient management software Handling patient inquiries Full Job Description MinVasive is not your average medical clinic. We perform the most advanced new procedures that help patients find relief without surgery . Our procedures happen in a modern, comfortable office setting, not a cold hospital. The environment matters. The experience matters. You matter. We are building a practice that patients talk about — not just because of the outcomes, but because of how we made them feel. We believe the clinical result and the human experience are equally important. And we're looking for someone who believes that too. This is a family-owned clinic that is growing quickly. We're not looking for someone who just wants a job. We're looking for someone who wants to build a career and have real impact from day one. You'll help shape how we operate, how patients feel, and what kind of culture we build. As we grow, your role grows with us. What You'll Do Answer every call. You are the first voice patients hear — warm, confident, and helpful. Greet and welcome patients when they arrive. Offer water, coffee, snacks. Keep the space looking great, the music on, and the energy right. Check patients in and out — new consultations, follow-ups, and post-procedure visits. Call patients before their appointment with a friendly reminder and all the details they need. Once a patient decides to move forward with a procedure, keep things moving — confirm labs are done, imaging is submitted, and insurance authorization is in process. No patient goes more than a few days without hearing from us. Coordinate with our billing team to get prior auth requests submitted quickly. Check in on patients after their procedure — the next day, two days out, and again at 3-5 days. At follow-up appointments, invite satisfied patients to record a testimonial. You're a Fit If You...
