Job Description

Join Our Growing Aesthetic Practice We are looking for a professional and personable Medical Assistant to help support both our patient-facing operations and day-to-day clinic workflow. This role combines front office responsibilities with limited clinical support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working directly with patients while contributing to a fast-paced aesthetic environment. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and experienced in medical, cosmetic, dermatology, or wellness settings. ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & Front Office Support Welcome patients and provide an exceptional experience from arrival through departure Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and calendar coordination Answer incoming calls, respond to patient questions, and assist with service inquiries Process patient check-ins and check-outs accurately Maintain electronic patient records while ensuring privacy and compliance standards Keep the reception and patient waiting areas organized and presentable Administrative Duties Assist with daily office operations and clerical tasks Coordinate with providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow Support patient communications, reminders, and follow-up requests Handle documentation and data entry with attention to detail Clinical Assistance Prepare treatment rooms and supplies Assist with patient intake procedures Obtain and document vital signs when needed Provide basic clinical support based on experience and training Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a medical spa, cosmetic practice, dermatology office, plastic surgery clinic, or healthcare setting Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and wellness services preferred Medical Assistant certification or related clinical experience is advantageous Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment Dependable, detail-focused, and highly professional Passion for delivering outstanding patient care and customer service Compensation & Perks Hourly pay: $17.00-$20.00, depending on qualifications and experience 401(k) program with employer contribution Health insurance options available Paid sick leave Paid time off eligibility after one year Employee savings on treatments and retail products What You'll Love About Working With Us Opportunity to grow within a thriving aesthetics and wellness practice Supportive team culture focused on excellence and patient satisfaction Exposure to advanced cosmetic and wellness procedures Meaningful role helping patients look and feel their best Apply Today To be considered, please submit your resume to: vianntj1328@gmail.com We are actively interviewing and look forward to connecting with motivated candidates who value exceptional patient care and professionalism.
