The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing patient care processes, ensuring efficient communication between patients and healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position requires strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology, and the ability to navigate various electronic health record (EHR) systems. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure adherence to care protocols Manage patient scheduling and follow-up appointments efficiently Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for patients Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care plans Facilitate communication between patients and clinical staff to enhance patient experience Support front desk operations including answering multi-line phone systems and managing clerical tasks Skills Proficiency in Dental collection processes and insurance verification Knowledge of Dental terminology and ADA coding Experience in Dental billing and coding practices Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced patient interaction Previous clinic or hospital experience is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on patient satisfaction Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review Experience in office management or administrative support within a medical setting Join our team as a Treatment Coordinator where your expertise will make a significant impact on our patients' healthcare journey.
