Duties and Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly with the

DMHAS STAR

Grant Manager Oversee Rutgers SUPRT and Red Cap tools Demonstrate progress toward program goals Supervision of program staff (monthly meetings with STAR and Reconnections staff and biweekly phone or face to face for minimally 15 minutes) Coordination and monitoring of program services Collaboration with systems partners to ensure coordination of care Lead staff in delivering services in a culturally competent and linguistic manner; and improving the scope and capacity of the delivery system in order to ensure program sustainability. Ensure Case Manager and Recovery Specialist maintain fidelity to model Ensure QI compliance within the EHR System Ensure program is available 24/7 with a minimum caseload of 40 individuals at all times Assist with the development of comprehensive non-clinical Case Management plans and recovery plans Coordination of training of the peer recovery support specialists with a third party vendor Coordination of duties and scheduling of volunteers and interns, including on call schedules Coordination of meetings, events, and fundraising events Requirements Master's Degree and Any Master's Level Clinical License (LPC, LCADC, LCSW) Related to the field 3-4 Years Management Experience; 5-6 years preferred Demonstrates evidence of working with the substance use disorder population and /or evidence of addiction coursework.
