Job Description

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and clinical coordination of the outpatient substance abuse treatment program. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to individuals struggling with substance use disorders, while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. The Program Manager supervises staff, manages daily operations, and fosters a supportive, recovery-oriented environment for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of outpatient substance abuse programs, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery Supervise, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation standards Monitor program performance through data collection, analysis, and reporting Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure individualized, client-centered treatment planning Manage program budgets, resources, and scheduling Maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders Address client concerns and ensure a high standard of care and ethical practice Lead quality improvement initiatives and support staff development
Qualifications:
LCADC License Minimum of 2 years of experience in substance abuse treatment or behavioral health services At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance use disorder treatment Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, state licensing standards) Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
