A Brief Overview Responsible for coordinating Chinese-American patient services and Community Outreach programs. What you will do To assist Chinese-American patients, families, and visitors with in-hospital related services from admission to discharge. To support the CMP hot line services To coordinate patient appointments between the hospital and doctors' offices To visit physician offices to coordinate patient care between doctors and Holy Name To design, participate and lead the team in various community outreach and marketing programs Supervise staff member(s). Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Experience Qualifications 4-6 years Five years in business or human services Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bilingual in Chinese and English languages, Knowledge and experience in Chinese culture, social and medical beliefs, Interpersonal skills, Communication skills, Negotiation and problem solving skills, Ability to make a quick decision backed by sound judgment (e.g., emergency cases), Basic computer skills (e-mails, and database maintenance, search skills, etc.), Willingness to learn new things with strong curiosity At Holy Name, we believe in rewarding every team member with more than a paycheck—we invest in your future and well-being. Pay Range:
